Julius is Ape Ship’s friendly mascot and quite the interesting ape! He ships out orders every single day and is a joy to be around!
From skateboarding and rappelling down a side of a building, to filming Tik Tok videos and meeting people in our community, Julius is one fun ape!
Here’s a 1-on-1 interview with Ape Ships very own, Julius!

1. What are three fun facts about yourself?
"I know how to skateboard. I’m quite the comedian. I once ate 20 bananas in under 5 minutes."
2. What are some of your responsibilities as the Ape Ship mascot? Where do you go? What do you have to do?
"I go out with our Ape Ship team to community events, donation drives, and any other events that we may attend. It’s my job to make sure everyone is having a fun time and to connect with people of all ages. That means taking pictures with eager kids, handing out cool swag, and making people laugh."
3. What is your favorite part about being the Ape Ship mascot?
"I have to say it’s when I get to go out in the community and meet people of all ages. I find it so rewarding when I make others laugh with my goofy antics."
4. What is your most memorable moment so far?
"There’s so many memories, but the most memorable moment has to be rappelling down the Hyatt Regency hotel in downtown Vancouver last year. I have to admit I was very scared leading up the event and once I started making my way down I calmed down. I had so much fun that I even did it again this year!"
